How do I know what membership I have right now?
If you have the reccurent membership (credit card option) you have a
transaction and a subscription number. Web900 memberships are non-reccuring and didn't get either number just a pincode.
Is my personal information secure?
Yes, I don't even get it. IBill is getting them on a secure server and storing them absolutely confidential. It is secure unless
unless you send it to me via email. Don't ever include your credit card information into email.
I can't access the members-section?
Normally your membership has expired. In rare cases there is something wrong
with the server and if you are sure that you are still member email me the problem.
I forgot my personal username or password?
Simply send an email with all information you remember. If you still have the transaction receipt please include that also.
Then it would be easy to find out the username and password.
Is it possible to change my username or password?
It is possible to do it but you have to send me an email including the old username, the new username and the new password.
I will create it for you. Please only try to change it for a good reason because it takes some time to do it.
I have technical problems surfing the site?
First read the instructions located in the members section. If your problem is not mentioned there
please send an email including your username and describe your problem as accurate as you can.
Why was my credit card declined although it is valid?
That may has various reasons. IBill maintains a fraud database. This database includes credit card numbers that were fraudulently used, declined once before, expired or
had a unapproved charge back in the past. If your credit card is in this database you have to contact IBill to discuss this issue with them.
Another reason might be that you are not located in the US. It is possible that the approval of your credit card takes too long because of busy overseas lines. In that case
try to sign up again a little later. Don't send me your credit card number because I cannot use it for you anyway.
Will I get any unsolicited email's from you?
No but you will get an automated email from IBill after sign-up. It includes your transaction receipt. Please make sure you save it.
You will get another email in case a reccurent membership is cancelled or your credit card was declined.
That is it. No unsolicited emails from me or anybody else. I will not hand any email addresses to a third party also.
Please use a valid email address for sign-up. It may be necessary to use your email address to locate your account
in case you forget your username.
